LIFT WC announced today that they recently received a charitable donation from NEW Cooperative, in partnership with the Land O Lakes Foundation, in the amount of $17,500 to be used for the rehabilitation project of the historic Elks Building. The charitable donation will be eligible for a dollar-for-dollar match awarded to LIFT WC by the Enhance Hamilton County Foundation as part of a Challenge Grant. The EHCF will match dollar-for-dollar the next $150,000 raised in charitable gifts.
Donations can be sent to the Enhance Hamilton County Foundation (501 Bank Street, Webster City, IA 50595) with checks being made out to LIFT WC. Checks can also be dropped off at the EHCF office in the drop box located in the entry way. All donations are tax deductible and a gift receipt will be mailed to the donor.
